Studio Update: Launching Our Website 🚀
Two years ago, we took our very first step into the digital world by purchasing a website domain. At the time, we honestly had no clue what we were doing. We didn’t have experience with website design, we didn’t have technical development skills, and we definitely didn’t have a roadmap. All we had was excitement, curiosity, and a desire to claim a little piece of the internet for ourselves.
Our first attempt was built on Google Sites. It was simple and free, which felt good in the beginning, but as time passed we realized it wasn’t giving us what we needed. The design was plain, the functionality was limited, and it simply didn’t reflect the kind of creative energy we wanted to put into the world.
But the deeper issue wasn’t just the platform—it was our identity crisis. Back then, we weren’t fully sure how to present ourselves. We knew we weren’t “just another creative agency,” but how do you translate that into a website? How do you put into words and visuals that you’re not here just to make money—you’re here with a purpose?
From the start, we wanted to be different. We wanted to build something purposeful. We didn’t want to chase trends blindly or just copy what other agencies were doing. We wanted to create, experiment, and bring something meaningful into the world. Our challenge was simple yet massive: how do we show all of that on a single website?
After months of thinking, experimenting, and struggling, we decided to stop overcomplicating things. Instead of opening multiple websites for each idea, we combined everything into one unified vision. And that’s when things started to make sense. This new website became not just a platform—it became a reflection of who we are, why we exist, and where we are heading.
How Building Our Website Defined Who We Are
For many, building a website is just a technical project: pick a tool, throw in some text and images, and hit publish. For us, it was far more personal. It felt like building our own home. We didn’t want someone else to design it for us. We wanted to get our hands dirty, make mistakes, learn, and truly own every part of it.
That’s why we didn’t hire anyone. We wanted to shape our digital identity ourselves. Just like building furniture with your own hands gives you pride, creating our website gave us a sense of ownership and authenticity that outsourcing never could.
In the beginning, we explored the many tools available. There are plenty of website builders—Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, and more. Each one had pros and cons. WordPress was tempting because of its flexibility and massive customization options, but then we discovered Hostinger. At first, we only wanted it for hosting, but when we came across Hostinger’s website builder, it clicked.
It had just the right balance between simplicity and power. It wasn’t bloated with unnecessary features, but it gave us enough room to customize and grow. And for a creative house like us, that was the perfect match. So instead of going down the WordPress rabbit hole, we shifted gears and embraced Hostinger.
The most important part was our homepage. That’s where we had to define ourselves in a single line. That’s where the soul of our studio needed to shine. And after a lot of thinking, we decided to be completely transparent: we’re not just a creative agency, we’re a creative house.
It might sound unpolished, maybe even a little unprofessional to some, but it’s real. And we value real over polished. We’re not here just to squeeze money out of projects. We’re here to support other creatives, empower artists, collaborate with designers, and still deliver top-quality creative services at fair prices.
We want to break the endless business-to-business chains where middlemen profit while artists and clients both suffer. Our website gave us the courage and the platform to say that openly. It defined us not by labels, but by our vision.
How the Website Transformed Our Portfolio
If you’ve ever been asked, “Can you share your portfolio?” and had to send random files, links, or scattered folders—you know how messy it feels. That was us for the longest time. Every time someone asked to see our work, we scrambled. Sometimes we’d send Google Drive links, sometimes Behance links, sometimes just screenshots. It felt unprofessional and disorganized.
Now, with our website, everything has changed.
We finally have a clean, structured, and beautifully arranged portfolio. It’s all in one place, easy to browse, and presented in a way that truly reflects our effort. No more scattered links. No more “let me send it to you later.” Now we simply share our website, and it speaks for itself.
This not only improved how others see us—it also improved how we see ourselves. By putting all our projects together, we realized the depth and variety of what we’ve done. We could see the themes in our work, identify which areas needed updates, and plan future projects more strategically.
It gave us a new perspective. The portfolio isn’t just about showing off—it’s about tracking our growth. Every new project now has a home. Every update becomes easier. And seeing all our creative efforts arranged neatly on our website gives us an immense sense of pride.
When we finally saw our live site, complete with our portfolio, we were honestly emotional. It was more than just a page—it was a milestone.
The Superpowers Our Website Gave Us
Building this website didn’t just make us look professional—it unlocked possibilities we didn’t have before. Here are some of the “superpowers” we gained:
1. Our Own Store
We can now sell products directly to our audience—without middlemen, without unfair commissions, and without inflated prices. This lets us build a closer connection with our customers and create a store experience that feels aligned with our brand.
2. Integrated Payment System
Payments are often the most stressful part of online business. But with Razorpay integrated directly into our site, transactions are seamless. Whether on desktop or mobile, clients can pay securely in seconds. No redirects. No confusion. Just smooth, safe transactions.
3. Unlimited Product Listings
Unlike other platforms that charge for every extra product or take a cut of every sale, we have full freedom. We can list as many products as we want without worrying about hidden costs. That freedom gives us space to experiment with different offerings without pressure.
4. Lottie Animations
For those who don’t know—Lottie animations are lightweight, vector-based animations that add life to websites. They’re smooth, modern, and premium. With Lotties, our website went from being static to interactive. It feels alive now, and that’s exactly what we wanted.
5. Interactive 3D Elements
We pushed ourselves further by customizing and adding 3D models and animations. This wasn’t easy, but it made a massive difference. Our homepage now has a unique personality. It’s not just a page—it’s an experience.
6. Embeds
Embedding gave us the freedom to inject more tools, animations, and functionality into our site. It’s like adding plugins to our creative house. It opens endless doors for future upgrades.
Creative House: More Than What You Think
This website is just the start. Inpaper Studios isn’t just for us—it’s for everyone who believes creativity can be purposeful. We see it as a space where collaboration, experimentation, and transparency come together.
Our vision is to grow this creative house into something bigger than ourselves. To support others, to share resources, to create projects that go beyond business. In time, we’ll share more about these plans, but know this—we’re not stopping here.
So, if you’ve been with us on this journey, or if you’re just discovering us now, we invite you to be part of this story.
